The union of well-being, sports, and digital education is creating a new path to combat screen excesses in childhood.

It is undeniable that childhood and adolescence have been impacted by the increasingly early (and intense) use of screens. The result? Problems such as attention difficulties, irritability, sleepless nights, and even symptoms of anxiety and social isolation.

It was in this scenario that a superb partnership was born: the union between Energy Space, a reference in sports and social transformation in Jundiaí (SP), and EquilibriON for the benefit of children, young people, and parents in the region.

A Project that Combines Racket, Purpose, and Transformation – Energy Space

At the Energy training center, 300 students from public and private schools receive free tennis lessons, as well as mentorship and specialized technical guidance, with the support of EquilibriON. Now, these classes gain a new layer of value with the inclusion of a space entirely focused on decompression and relaxation available to parents and students.

We created a space for socializing and reading aimed at parents and guardians to stay away from screens and keep an eye on their children’s performance in sports, providing support and encouragement to these young people still in development. While children practice sports, adults are invited to reflect on the role of technology in their routines.

“Excessive screen time already shows real effects. This partnership is an invitation to balance”, says Bruno Gurgel, digital addiction specialist and founder of EquilibriON alongside Erick Melo.

Technology + Sports: Allies for the Future

More than combating the abusive use of cell phones and social networks, the partnership’s proposal is to teach parents and children to use technology to their advantage with awareness and limits.

“We want tennis to be the starting point for family transformation. When the body moves, the mind also finds space to reorganize”, explains Leandro Mazette, creator of Energy.

In addition, EquilibriON’s actions offer mentorships and educational dynamics that show, in practice, how digital presence can be balanced with a life more connected to reality and human relationships.

Why is this partnership important for the region?

– Combats sedentary lifestyle and digital isolation in a practical and positive way

– Involves the entire family in building healthier habits

– Shows that technology and well-being can go hand in hand

Less on, more Off

The project carried out in Jundiaí is just the beginning. The union between Energy Space and EquilibriON shows that it is possible to go beyond discourse and offer transformative and educational experiences that respect the reality of families and prepare children for a healthier future.
